I going to Texas for a week to spend time with my mom but don’t know what I want to do there that doesn’t cost a lot. I don’t want to go to the beach and sea world because I already been there. I want to try something new. Please help me find something to do for a week.

My nieces (ages 6 and 10) from England are coming over here in the Bay Area for the holidays. This is not their first visit so they already did all the touristy stuff, so to speak. Are there any fun, good, relatively inexpensive places that I can take them to? I’m thinking more of a day trip and no overnights so Lake Tahoe is out of the question. It will be pretty hard to get a reservation at this point anyway.
Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!

My husband works graveyard, and the kids are on spring break. We go outside when the weather’s nice but it’s been raining a lot and we’ve been having to stay indoors. They watch movies, play legos, play board games, video games, read and color, but does anyone have any other ideas for fun activities or games?

I want to give my ESL kids projects to do that they’re going to have to put effort into/spend more than 10 minutes on. Do you have any recommendations?

I volunteer at my church in Sunday School working with 1st grade through 3rd grade. Before each lesson we have to get the kids pumped up! Do you know any fun games we can play indoors?

This year my family is coming over for Thanksgiving and I have a huge family. My mom asked me if I could keep the kids entertained (ages ranging from 3-12) so they wouldn’t be running around our whole house. Does anyone have any good ideas so I can make it fun? Thanks!
